Premiata offers a seamless return process allowing you to return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in the original shipping box and attach the pre-printed prepaid return label provided with your original order.
Schedule a Pickup
Contact our designated courier to arrange a convenient home collection or drop off the package at any authorized shipping point.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
